When is beef available?
We are sold out for the season — demand ran ahead of the herd. The next beef is available in 2027. Availability is tied to herd and processing schedules, and the waitlist hears about dates first.
Can I visit the farm?
Farm visits are by arrangement. We enjoy meeting customers, but visits need to fit around farm work, family schedules, and animal care.
